On Saturday, January 17, 2015, over 45 individuals (parents/guardians and children--16 families) were in attendance for StoryTime and Breakfast. Families enjoyed breakfast together, participated in circle time on the floor with their children, met neighbors with children of similar ages and learned about growth and development, as well as community resources. At the conclusion of StoryTime and Breakfast, each child in attendance was able to select a new book of their choice to take home to start or add to their own personal libary (even siblings were able to select a book of their choice)! Older sibling care was provided and child tenders engaged in play, board games and puzzles with the siblings. Thank you, Mount Olivet, for the beautiful space to welcome families with infants and toddlers together. Thank you to Crowning Touch Catering for the great breakfast.
